1. STLBlues is a talent booking agency.
I understand and agree that that STLBluesTALENT works as a talent agency on my behalf with all talent buyers, and that STLBluesTALENT will be the Talent Agency of record with any & all talent buyers on any booking developed by STLBluesTALENT. I authorize STLBluesTALENT to negotiate contracts for the rendition of my professional services as an artist, or otherwise, in the fields of music, legitimate stage, radio broadcasting, television, speaker and other professional artistic services. I understand and agree that STLBluesTALENT may advise, counsel or direct me in the development and / or advancement of my professional career and that STLBluesTALENT is authorized and empowered by me to approve and permit the use of my name, photograph, likeness, voice and theatrical materials in connection with my services in the entertainment industries.

2. How you get paid.
I understand and agree that the STLBluesTALENT agency will always confirm & then seek my desired fee for every gig opportunity that develops, and also then confirm every performance by contract. I understand that I am an independent contractor, and not employed by STLBluesTALENT. I understand and agree that STLBluesTALENT relies on payment from talent buyers (3rd parties) to then pay me.

E.G., if client pays STLBluesTALENT by check or money order, I understand and agree that I will then be paid as per each contract, appropriately, once the client check or money order clears the bank.

I understand and agree that STLBluesTALENT is not responsible for non-payment by any client/talent buyer, and is simply acting as the Talent Agency of record. Talent fees typically come to the STLBluesTALENT agency. I understand and agree that STLBluesTALENT will act under the guidelines of this Talent Representation agreement on behalf of anyone I refer to STLBluesTALENT for any opportunity or booking.

3. We do BOOKING!
I understand and agree that this STLBluesTALENT Talent Representation agreement does not include managerial or support services, those fall outside the scope of this agreement. This agreement will automatically renew in one year unless either party terminates the agreement in writing.
